Merstham Tandoori — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

This was by far the best curry and service I have received in a long time. I ordered Garlic Chilli chicken and was not disappointed. Usually the warning of 'it's hot' never really follows through and I'm served a mild dish. However, Merstham Tandoori dos not disappoint, my curry was HOT HOT HOT and in the best way. It was full of spice AND flavour and tasted so fresh. Service was speedy and the delivers let arrived well before the anticipated time, which was great for a Saturday night! The man who delivered our food was polite and cheery. Will definitely be ordering from here again as the food and service...

Very poor quality food. We ordered 1 meat biriyani, 1 lamb tikka biriyani, 1 chicken tikka, 3 parathas, 2 garlic naan, altogether cost 47 pounds for our dinner. We ordered it for 4 adults 3 children. No one liked the food. Both biriyani were utter flop. Feels like low quality rice were used. The portion was very small, even nobody want to eat it due to it's quality. I thought that the chicken tikka was a dessert. It was that sweet that we cannot able to eat it. We were forced to throw all the food in trash and sleep hungry. Will never ever will...

Ordered a £9.95 chicken dansak which didn't come with rice!? Phoned restaurant to be told online orders don't come with rice! Yet their menu clearly says 'with full pilau rice'! Will not use their online ordering any more, when you pay that much for a curry you expect to get what you pay for! the chicken pasanda had rice included!? although again I ordered chicken pasanda and got chicken tikka pasanda! MT has gone down in my expectations so will think about going elsewhere from now on. Shame because we've been customers...
