New Khyber Restaurant kingswood — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

I order via just eat at 7.15pm the order delivery time was 8.15p.. I recieved a message at 8.14pm to say it was on it's way. It did to arrive until 10.40pm. I did not recieve an update of the change to time until 10.30pm otherwise I would have cancelled the order. I refused delivery as it was not only over 2hrs.30 mins late but it was cold. Just eat was not helpful. I called the restaurant over 30 times and no one would answer the phone. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. The driver then moaned that we were 8 miles away. Why would you recieve orders if the distance was unacceptable. It was not my problem. I am appalled by this restaurants behaviour. They excepted the order £16.80p but did not deliver the order in the time stated and In an unsatisfactory quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY MISLEAD THE CONSUMER. BREAK OF...

Watered down curry, tomato taste from a curry that’s not meant to taste like tomato Stale poppadums, gone off oil or burnt oil taste / smell on poppadums, poppadums tasting like paint Burnt naan bread, several times Watered down sauces, mango chutney isn’t mango chutney, tastes like pineapple with vinegar and salt, and is sour. Mint sauces are always watery and taste like chlorine like they’ve added tap water to it. Chicken at times didn’t have the right consistency and felt stringy at two occasions

I do not often write reviews however I felt it was most appropriate this time as I have never become so ill after eating a meal before. My partner and I ordered a takeaway, not only was it rather flavourless but after attempting to fall asleep that night I was tossing and turning and proceeded to vomit early in the morning and throughout the day, I am still feeling achy and overall very unwell and have not been able to stomach anything since. My partner also felt rather unwell in the morning too. I soon found out that I have gotten food poisoning from this establishment.
