AMOR — Restaurant in Rochdale

First time I have been to this restaurant. There was a group of 8 for my partners birthday. Just WOW absolutely amazing would highly recommend. Atmosphere -fantastic lovely relaxing decor and music which was loud enough but quiet enough to have a converstaion. Customer service - every single member of staff was courteous, polite and couldn't do enough for you. Food - amazing large selection of food. Every single member of our party thoroughly enjoyed every item that was served.

Finishing touches - photographs taken of our party. Dry ice on the table, complimentary baileys or brandy at the end of the meal and even a birthday cake.

We all felt like VIPs thankyou so much for a special evening we will all definitely be back.

If it was possible to award more than 5 stars I would.

Formerly the La Tandoor (which we had frequented many times over the years but had sadly lost its way in recent years) the new owners (who also have a business interest in the Pavilion at Spotland bridge) have done a really good refurbishment of the place plus the new name. A good and varied menu and drinks list. We had 3 courses starting with the usual papadoms + chutneys and all were very tasty. We went on spec on a Friday night & were lucky to get a table, so recommend booking in advance. Good atmosphere with nice background music....

Beautiful meal in a lovely clean and welcoming atmospheric restaurant. Staff were lovely and the food was both imaginative and delicious

We chose from the unique speciality dishes and found them to be unique, individual and totally delicious

They have a selection of more standard fayre but we are so glad to have chosen from their unique selection as they were another level of Indian cuisine

Highly recommend and we weren’t the only people having a lovely time in there too as it was pretty busy for a late Sunday...
