AVOID. Absolutely disgusting service from staff here! Came for a leaving do meal where one of the party was quite clearly Muslim (in head covering). She had ordered a coke and someone else on the table had ordered a Malibu and coke. When the drinks got called out the waiter called out “Coke” to which the whole table clearly heard and pointed to our muslim friend. We later realised one of our party had a drink missing which was a Malibu and Coke, the waiter chased this up and said this was already on the table to which everyone was confused at. He then looked at the glasses and realised he had given it to our friend who was Muslim and NEVER has drank alcohol EVER. No apology was given at all. Towards the end of the meal three friends went to chase this up asking for an apology at the very least. To which the male who handed the drink to her said he shouted “Malibu and coke” which he clearly did not as 10 people all at the table heard “coke”. Again no apology. 30 seconds later the bartender claimed it was in fact her who gave the drink to the table trying to take the blame when she had not been anywhere near the table!! We had not been served by this woman the whole night!!!Again absolutely no apology in there anywhere and a load of lies being told. We then all paid as it was a big party we split the bill and paid separately adding it up and left abruptly. We happened to wait in the car park saying our goodbyes until a manager came out demanding we pay £40 accusing us of “taking pizzas off the bill because we were not happy with service”. Which we absolutely did not do. We went back inside and tallied the cost and he realised it was a mistake on THEIR part and we HAD in fact paid correctly. So accused of theft and being spiked with alcohol in one night. Waiters are extremely rude and...
Read moreAbsolutely SHOCKING service from members of staff! Came for a meal with a party of 10 and ordered a round of drinks, which ended up in staff serving a muslim member of the table a malibu and coke even though the whole table of 10 quite clearly heard the waiter say this it was just a coke. In her 43 years she has never had a drop of alcohol, which had been ruined tonight. When confronted staff were extremely dismissive and rude, offering no apology at all. Did not care one bit! A young blonde girl (clearly needing training in customer service and her job in general) took the blame for the male waiters mistake, claiming that the muslim lady (wearing a headscarf) claimed the malibu and coke as hers, clearly lying to cover their own back as this blonde girl did not serve our table once. Eventually we paid the bill at the bar, after waiting 45 minuets… we then left and was saying our goodbyes in the carpark in shock of the experience as a whole. Then a manager came running out saying we had not paid the bill accusing us as knocking items of the bill as compensation for their mistake (still not apologised for) we was then rushed to the bar to settle this. The bill had infact been paid and it was a mistake on their part, as the girl at the bar had not printed the receipt. We left having being wrongfully accused of stealing and having been spiked with the wrong drink. NO APOLOGY NO SERVICE NO NOTHING. Whole place needs boycotting staff need training massively in common human...
Read moreBit of a long one but worth a read if you would like to know exactly what to expect. The place itself is lovely, clean and in a nice location. The food was standard and nothing special, i paid £4 for a small portion of chips that were soggy. The main reason for the low rating was the staff, unfortunately i had a problem with each and every one that attended my table. One waiter took half of a mocktail away without asking, which i paid £4 for, if I'm paying that for mixed fruit juice i would like to finish it. The waiter who took my food order slyly commented on my 'very interesting' choice of margarita pizza I'm vegetarian and went specifically for the pizza all but one other pizza on the menu contained meat. Another waiter was just a bit too friendly meant in good humour he commented on how i eat my pizza with a knife and fork, if i want to eat it that way let me, as a person that suffers from severe anxiety and rarely go out this made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately i...
