Appalling service from start to finish! As the only customers in the restaurant on a Sunday tea time, you would not expect staff to be rude, dismissive and making mistakes from the outset. Served by several different people including the manager, we did not receive one smile, please or thank you throughout the course of the meal. Cutlery was shifted without checking with us, grunts in response to requests for drinks, food banged down at the table without confirming who had ordered it, requiring us to move all the dishes ourselves. We even asked one waiter who happened to be the manager what the problem was and he complained about being asked and stalked off. The extortionate drinks price of £3.95 for a lime and soda was the icing on the awful cake. A complaint about this was met with a couldn't care less, don't come again attitude. As a regular customer, I assure you I won't, and advise anyone else to do the same!! THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT...

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a take away, and after about an hour and a half we decided to call to see how much longer our order would be. We were told that our order had left the restaurant, and was out with the driver. Half an hour later, we still had no food, so we called again. After giving our details several times, because the man on the phone kept getting distracted and talking other people, we were told that the chef missed our order on the printer, so it hadn’t even been cooked. When we said we were told our order was with the driver, he just kept asking us for the name of who we spoke to. The men who answer the phone do not routinely give their names out, so how would we know? All he said was he can make our order now, or give a refund, he didn’t even try to apologise once, didn’t understand our frustration, and was just dismissive and rude. Came here tonight with my Auntie by recommendation.. Staff too eager to get order there was 4 other people in so not like packed out and busy!!!

Hovering over us wanting an order before I had to politely but abruptly told them give us time we're here to relax and enjoy..

Was told they don't sell Sauvignon Blanc by the glass only Pinot ordered 2 glasses to then be told at end of night don't sell Pinot Grigio by the glass only Sauvignon Blanc unbelievably rude and arrogant service even practically throwing bill at table saying to me I don't understand.. I really do understand tho that's just it!!!!

Food was luke warm, mediocre wouldn't be coming again and how it's won an Award is beyond me must be for Takeaway because unless staff are overloading with persistence then it's really not the place to be relaxed and enjoying good food it was anything but!!!!
