Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Rochdale

I don't normally visit Costa Coffee, and I was left feeling most unimpressed. When we arrived, there was no queue, so we ordered and paid for 4 drinks and waited on one side for them to be prepared. In the meantime, a queue formed behind us, and 2 drinks were placed on the counter. We had to ask if they were ours and then had to ask 5 minutes later where the remainder of our order was. The staff behind the counter did not seem to have a clue as to whose drinks they were serving and to whom they were serving them. The drinks were not labelled as to their contents, and, at the table, we had a lovely time tasting and guessing what each cup contained. I ve given £5.00 HGV voucher to pay for goods, and got coffee for £3.50, where is £1.50 gone, never been offered a purchase receipt, hmmm oh well No change given. I will avoid dear motoroway services at all costs. Coffee there is not better from the one prepared at home, l don’t understand weird people who want to drink from those fancy cups. Just polluting the environment. People must be desperate to get a sip of expensive coffee on the go. No more comments £5.00 per a cup of coffee is more expensive then in British airways plane when onboard. Maybe next year it will be £10.00 per cup of coffee and they will still get customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTa!!! Just called here to pick up a cappuccino and a strawberry lemonade, but now wish I hadn't bothered!
