Domino's Pizza - Rochdale — Restaurant in Rochdale

I love Dominos and even though there are other shops that gives bigger pizzas in the area, i preffered to stick with them. However, I had issues with Rochdale Dominos. Not just once, twice. First time, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the crust was under cooked. Since then, I never ordered a stuffed crust. The store manager that time gave us a credit for free pizza for the next order. Yesterday, I ordered pizza and sides for £35. I ordered 2 pizza. The chipotle pulled pork pizza was 100% good, however the American hot pizza had undercooked crust AGAIN!!! I informed the store straight away and the manager talked rudely as if I was losing to get some credit.... do I heck... I offered him to bring the pizza to the store to prove it as he said that such a thing cannot happen as all pizza are made with set time. I then asked his email id and send pictures of undercooked crust. Still the manager then hesitantly apologised and gave credit. But i had already made my decision; NO MORE DOMINOS FROM ROCHDALE STORE. I recieved a call again today as an acknowledgement for my email and talked rudely, hesitant to admit the mistake. Have to say the Domino's in Rochdale has gone shockingly downhill, tonight is the last time I'll order from them. Place on order, my husband goes to pick it up, they've forgotten to make half of it!!! Have to wait for second pizza to be made which means first pizza was luke warm to say the least! Finally got the home to find out the Luke warm Milano hasn't even got the right toppings on!!! Do not order from here! Ordered for me and my girlfriend. Arrived for a collection, wasn’t even ready had to wait 15 mins. Got it back and they gave me the wrong wings. We rang back and explained how they gave us the wrong wings and she was allergic to the sauce on the wings. Expected us to go back for them, flatly refused to bring them out, rectify THEIR mistake!
