Zeera — Restaurant in Rochdale

This is not a post to try and bring the company down as the food is excellent gorgeous food they make lovely food in my opinion.but the reason for my one star rating is there rude there the type of company who provide nice food but when they deliver it cold or get an order wrong in anyway they take offence and will ban you because of there mistake so basically here is our nice food it may not be as hot as it should be but deal with it or we will ban you i got food and im litrally 2 mins away its just off my main road but it arrived spilt out containers and cold a few times although the food was really nice i just rang up few times to say look its cold or its spilt out and not good enough can you send new order please to get banned from ordering and if these little thing was sorted it would be one of best in my opinion but they need to address the delivery issues with regard to not entirely hot food but the fact that there mistakes on a few occassion get welcomed with them banning you from ever getting food again is a joke because it wasnt always an issue there have been good times if your a company and you send out food that arrives luke warm ocassionally sort delivery out hire more driver that are more reliable take customer isues and improve not bar anyonewho has had problems due to there...

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.

Sujy, working front of house, struck up a conversation, and it was nice to find out that it's his uncle's business, having been open for 20 years. Sujy helps out at weekends or to cover if needed.

The food was delicious; I ordered chicken tikka shahee (chicken with keema), and the flavours were really complex, what most impressed me, and was confirmed by Sujy, was that the keema lamb is minced in the restaurant, rather than buying in minced lamb, and I could taste the difference. Accompanied by perfectly cooked mushroom rice, delicate, light and full of flavour, this was a lovely meal.

Please be aware that they don't sell alcohol, but you can bring your own and they don't charge corkage; it was a good excuse for me to not have a beer tonight, and was happy with a bottle of sparkling water :-)

Unfortunately customer service needs a look at as I ordered food last night, no sign of the food after 1.5 hours, to then ring the restaurant to be told they have delivered my food to me, i had to argue on the phone for 15 minutes of being accused that I have gotten my food as they did not believe I didn’t have it despite me explaining I have a ring door bell for them to finally realise they have delivered the food to a completely different address! Food eventually arrived 2.5 hours after ordering and we received nothing in compensation or a good will for accusing us of trying to scam them.
