We Called after waiting 45 mins for food and told it would be cooked and delivered in 15 mins, they had forgotten our order, it was delivered but sadly realised it was luke warm/cold when it was delivered! Such a shame that a restaurant that used to serve and deliver gorgeous food has gone downhill so much, this was our regular however after a bad experience at the restaurant early last year we gave them another chance and still had a rubbish experience! They did give a refund, however not without an argument. Debbie the delivery driver is amazing and absolutely no argument with her, our issue is bad service from start to finish, cold food and lack of customer service, our experience from start to finish was awful, even ordering the food was hard work! When we called to ask how long it would be they didn't even know our address! Sadly had to use another local delivery...

WORST CURRY EVER! I visited here with a large group, and it was awful! We arrived at 6.30pm and received our food at 9.00pm. I understand there is a long wait for a large group, but the service was non existent. We were served papadums, but then left with no service / offer of drink. I completely understand a restaurant wanting to make up for being slow by offering more drinks, but we received none of that. When the food did show it was nothing special. I found the service staff quite rude, and like we were an inconvenience. This restaurant is owned by a cousin who owns Marco Polo in Wickford. My advice would be to go there! Marco Polo is 100% better, and I wish we had gone there! Also important to note, they do not serve beer on tap. An awful place, which I will definitely never return to!

Originally called up for an early table, but understandably none available NYE at short notice. When my husband arrived to collect he said the restaurant was empty and there were more people waiting for takeaways than eating in the restaurant.

Husband arrived home very quickly after with the food, daughter’s main missing along with a missing naan bread. Everything else Luke warm. Called up to advise food was missing and I was told driving was heading our way and they would drop it in. Did try to tell the guy on the phone the rest of it was already cold but he was clearly preoccupied within the restaurant. Stood around like lemons waiting for the rest of our food, remainder turned up also cold. So had to microwave the lot. 👍👍
