The guy who took the order was unprofessional I’ve ever seen, I asked him to make a small change of the order. His reply was why what’s wrong with it and he told his colleagues with sigh/don’t care face that “this guy wants to change it - thinking I don’t understand or speak English”. Less than a minute later the guy came up with a paper bag and said “here it is all in the bag”. I’ve attached the picture of the wrap I’ve ordered with some burned/rubbish black stuffs added. I was literally gobsmaked by that attitude and I asked to see the manager. The guy named mush turned up and he said he’s the manager there and wasn’t helpful at all. I asked him what’s that black thing/ dry leaves on it - he replied that’s a dried lettuce and later he said that’s another vegetable. I wasn’t sure why was I treated by those teenagers very badly. I was treated very badly and really felt low and no one should be treated like that. I would not recommend this restaurant at bexhill retail park to anyone and I wouldn’t even go to stand there on a rainy day.

We were served by Kieran who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We don’t like using the self ordering screens and to be honest we wouldn’t have wanted to touch them anyway, they were filthy, covered in grubby fingerprints. Who wants to eat a meal after touching that! The food was served quickly and it was all present & correct and piping hot. The restaurant had a lot of delivery drivers leaning all over the collection counters, getting in the way. It was evening and if I was there alone I would have felt intimidated. The restaurant floor was covered in dropped food and spilt drink. No front of house staff were present, no cleaning was or had been done for some time by the looks of it. We managed to grab a cleanish table to eat but did consider eating in our car! The entrance was also strewn with litter. Not nice to see on your way on & out. If this was my franchise I would be embarrassed by it and I would also get in there and sort the issues out. You also need a manager who is on the ball.

No longer a fast food as I see comments on Google they are regularly running late (+25 minutes from payment to receiving the food ) for the past month or so. KFC staff may be new but if KFC can't afford to keep them staff will live and a never-ending wave of new people won't be able to learn and be able to cope with the demand. Management should take their eyes out of the screen and books and get out there and comunicate, you pay minimum wage and offer hell to your employees and customers

My mum in law and myself visited as a treat on 02/12/21 for a early lunch. For the first time ever we went via the drive through, I'm deaf and didn't know if I would hear enough to order so as mum in law was with me I figured it was worth a try as she could take over if needed. Got to the order machine , I could just about hear a voice, so explained I was deaf so it might not go to plan, managed to do order with mum in laws help with a few bits I just couldn't figure out. But the staff member was fantastic didn't get stressed out or fed up, while mil was translating, they took there time. I know that we were probably holding other people up in the sense it's a drive through but was given all the time needed. As far as I could tell and mil confirmed later it was a young gentleman, and he was a real credit to not only himself but for young people in general. Got our food from the next window again very polite and friendly and helpful when mil wanted to know if they took cash. Just shows how long ago our last visit was due to mil being vulnerable and yes that word we are all fed up of covid. The food was lovely and hot and tasty and we enjoyed it very much, the order was correct and considering the above this was really great. The kfc made a lovely change and I would recommend the food at this branch to everyone. But to be honest this review is more about the young people who are working there being kind enough to a deaf person, who was probably more than likely talking too loud to the machine to do the order, giving me the time needed without getting frustrated and treating me as a person who has a problem. If you are disabled in anyway don't hesitate to go here the staff are amazing and in many ways better than adults I have come across. I really hope that because I have put the date the young person will realise it was them and I just want to let them know how much there actions helped and that they are a real credit to themselves and that they were really...

I recently visited here with my wife and grandsons and have to admit I was surprised at the low standard of just about everything.

It was cold, very cold and when we left our grandsons were shivering.

At the counter my wife went to, to place an order the 'human' on the other side grunted "over there" pointing in the general direction of the other end where another 'human' type person was propped against the wall.

After placing our order we chose our table, this was simple as there were only 2 other customers in there. Some of the tables needed wiping down in the least, if not cleaning properly. This could have easily been done by the 'human' who grunted behind the counter to prevent boredom overtaking it.

The food arrived at the counter in manky bags and looked nothing like the advertised version, not even a distant cousin twice removed. As for the flavour it was reminiscent of a mistake I may have made myself in the kitchen trying to copy it from a shredded copy of the secret recipe KFC are so proud of that had been boiled in oil.

I'm not a fan of McDonalds and would prefer KFC myself but the Mcdonald in Bexhill beats this place hands down for atmosphere, quality of service and quality of food. It is no surprise the restaurant was empty.

The franchisee really needs to check out management and standards in this branch as I shall not return unless I hear of huge improvements on the local grapevine.

Only redemption, my coffee wasn't bad.

Come on KFC you can do so much better than this. It is without doubt the worst convenience food and service I've ever experienced including roadside...

This is the worst excuse for a fast food restaurant. Inside the restruant you will be waiting an hour plus minimum and 50 minutes for the drive thru.

The staff are completely incompitent, unable to perform any tasks efficiently or effectively and the management is diabolical.

Prepare for your order to be incorrect and they staff not care or bother to fix the issues unless you shout at them to sort the problem.

The manager has no respect for the customer service or experience and is more than happy to tell you “that it is just what it is” or “do you want to come over and do my job” (which at this current time a child could do far better).

The food when you finally get it is cold or if you are lucky barely warm, if you was unfortunate enough to be waiting inside you will watch your food sit on the hot shelves for the entire time you wait as the staff are unable to perform simple tasks or read the screen displaying the orders.

You will have a faster experience going to the Hastings or Ore branch as you will get there, obtain your food/eat and be home far sooner than waiting for Bexhill branch, or save yourself some hassle go to a proper restaurant and be seated and have your food in the timespan it takes the staff at this KFC to get their act together and sort your order.

Overall the restaurant is failing due to poor quality of staff, management. It needs to be closed so they can effectly sort their staff out and reorganise how they deal with keeping the waiting times low as they should be for a FAST...
