Burger King — Restaurant in Rotherham

Terrible. 2 parents 2 kids cost us £30. OK it's a one off, let's go for the £10 meal, top of the range burger... yum.... er no. Awful. A single shred of lettuce constituted the salad which on the picture was tomato, onions, lettuce. One burger was cold. Actually cold. Replaced without question but still... come on. The cheese slices weren't even melted! Oh and out of interest... how do you make chicken nuggets taste like donuts? So weird. One more thing... kids meals sold out?? So for more money I had to build 2 kids meals from the sides menu... Absolutely robbed and wished I'd gone to KFC next door. Useless staff members who obviously don't care, they can't make a half decent burger, how do they get through life I wonder. Whoever owns this branch should be ashamed you absolute robber. Young staff who don’t really have a motivation to provide good service. They were just chatting amongst themselves a lot. Food was cold. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was white. They said the syrup wasn’t coming out and it would be a few minutes to fix it and get a new one. I was happy to wait and was given another but it was white and plain. They didn’t even check that the second drink they gave me was better than the first. I went back with the second drink and they said we are just about to change the bag if I wanted to wait longer. I gave up and asked for a refund. They had to get the manager who couldn’t refund my card because I had used Apple Pay and didn’t have my physical card on me. They had to give me a...

And once again, order was incorrect. First time through drive through, second time was delivery. The delivery was quick, but wrong. Missing 2 items. It’s not rocket science is it! It’s pick and place. The hard work is done for you. They just can’t be arsed. Complain, and you just get ignored. So thought I’d leave a review instead. Not that it would make any difference. I suppose it tells you everything you need to know, when they deliver your order, and the next text message you get reads “ Your order from Burger King has been delivered!
