Visited here for the first time yesterday however, my sister is a regular here. The staff are so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and or it has a nice atmosphere. It was very busy which is always a good sign when visiting a new restaurant. We both had a pickle tray and popadoms, the popadoms were warm and fresh. Between us we shared onion bhajis and chicken tikka for starters. Both very fresh, packed full of flavour and just the perfect portion size for a starter. My sister then chose chicken tikka main with a garlic cheese Naan and I had chicken tikka masala and pilau rice - the staff brought us some Bombay potato's but my goodness these absolutely blew my head off!!! The portions for the main course are very generous, we couldn't finish them but the staff were happy to put them in take out tubs so we could take them home. Drinks were lovely and reasonably priced, we both had a raspberry gin and lemonade which came with fresh fruit, that's always a bonus! My sister ordered a take out for her partner to take home, this included a starter, main, rice, & a Naan which they had ready for when we had finished. Staff couldn't do enough for us, checking we were happy with everything and asking if they could do anything for us. The hot towels they brought before we left was a nice added touch, always good to clean your hands after an Indian. The staff definitely make this place what it is, the quality of food is second to none and the atmosphere, decor and overall comfort of the restaurant is exactly what you would want then going out for a...

When it comes to the hospitality sector it's always varied with the good and bad points with many good restaurants and with GOA where me and my wife dine in at regular the table service has always been very good, the food however is something you'd expect to pay through the nose for given it's flavour, freshness and portion size, you'd only need to look at fellow reviews to see the quality of the food!!! This one occasion however, which led me to leaving this review was when I ordered a collection - it was scheduled to be ready for 18:15pm and I was waiting 10 minute longer due to the restaurant being incredibly busy. Whilst I waited the manager of the restaurant offered me a complimentary drink of the Merlot wine they serve there for what he thought may have been an inconvenience to me, waiting longer, which wasn't an inconvenience at all, so i explained I was driving so I would reject his offer. As the food came eventually he gave me a full bottle of the wine for free as a gesture of apology. What really stands out though is the fact he remembered me individually and remembered what I drunk. There's great Customer service and then there's this type which is above exceptional.

Cut from a cloth levels above the...

Was passing the restaurant early on Sunday evening so decided to call in with the wife to check it out. So glad we did. The food we had was fantastic, all very flavoursome and spiced perfectly, and plenty of it too. I had a Lamb Bhuna (large chunks of tender meat with no fat at all) and the wife had the Chicken Tikka which was also delightful. Fresh ingredients and to top it all off, the service was really good. They couldn't do enough for us and they were attentive and quick to get you anything you needed but without being too obtrusive. An art some restaurants don't quite get right but they certainly did here. A very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We will certainly be back again soon, and the friends and family members have all been given a recommendation for this place. Top quality Indian food for a very reasonable...

Lovely place nice bright very friendly helpful staff. Clean and very nicely decorated. Had a meal onion bajis chicken tika balti vegetable rice Goa special Nan. Everything was beautifully cooked and hot when it arrived at our table. They serve cobra larger and lots more drinks, obviously. Toilets aren't the smartest, but they are clean and fresh. (Ladies) not allowed in the men's cause I'm a lady. Had loads to eat 1 serving of rice would do for 2, I think. Nan bread is thin but nice and light. Would definatley recommend trying. Make sure you book as it gets very busy.

I was fortunate enough to be at the grand opening of the new Goa restaurant, and have also visited the sister establishment at Mexborough a couple of times. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Well worth going out of your way to visit and grab some tasty snap. I didn't get a picture of the food before I ate it, so have one of when I'd cleared my plate and all of the dishes. Highly recommended.
