Where do I start…………. Ordered a 12 inch pepperoni and chips on just eat at 22.20pm, they stated it would be delivered at 23.15pm to 23.30pm, when it was late I called and just requested a update and he said it will be there any minute, 30 minutes later I called again and they said it left the kitchen 15 minutes ago, should be there soon, after 35 minutes it arrived, it was stone cold and the chips were soggy and stone cold, I called up to just let them know and see if we could get a refund, as he said it left the kitchen 15 minutes before it got to me, he said they don’t guarantee piping hot food which is understandable but if it left the kitchen 15 minutes before hand it should be warm,

As I asked for a refund Amhead became extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to me I was been as polite as I could be, he just kept stating his name and said speak to the owner over and over and wouldn’t listen to the things I had to say about the food, I would avoid this place customer service is shocking and the food went straight into the bin...

I ordered a chicken donner, for 5.50 I would expect a nan bread included for 5.50 I chose chips as I thought it was included at least it should be for that price. When it arrived it was a snack box with mainly chips barely no meat. I rang them then I get that response (see below in photos) how rude. I can go to any other takeaway and get a chicken kabab that includes Nan bread even a meal for 8.00 small chips,kabab including bread and can of pop and these feel they can justify 5.50 for just meat in a small box with chips, imagine if I paid 2.00 for Nan bread they be more bread than meat especially the portion I received. I’m not petty or do this for a living but when I read the response insulting me saying I can’t use Ubereats your having a laugh, where’s the professionalism. Ordered a taxi last night to Centretainment Sheffield, there were 6 ladies, two being young kids, this was around 8.40 that the taxi should have arrived. When we called up to check where it was, apparently they had sent the taxi to Rotherham. We disagreed that we had instructed this and clearly said Sheffield. The operator was very rude and unhelpful but said another would be sent soon but no given time. We waited a while checking our phones to make sure we didn't miss the driver. We called up again to see where the taxi was after waiting another 15 minutes. Again the operator was very rude and insisted it was our fault and that we said Rotherham not Sheffield. We just wanted to know where the taxi was, he basically said it was no longer coming. Which led to us having to go elsewhere. I would definitely NOT recommend using...
