ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! 1 member of staff had blocked the disabled parking bays for the delivery. When my husband moved the trays that was used to block the space he was approached by the staff member who spoke to him disrespectful with an arrogant manner. When my husband said that they shouldn't block the 2 disabled bays that they have as it is discrimination and illegal, the staff member walked off. I spoke to the store manager who couldn't apologise enough, which i appreciate. After finishing our meal we went outside where the staff member spoke to my husband like dirt is talking to another member about us in a disrespectful way regarding the situation. I spoke up as I don't appreciate being belittled and discriminated against because I have disabilities. I find walking difficult and need to park near entrances hence the reason I have a blue badge so I can try and live a normal life. Both myself and my husband have found this visit annoying, upsetting and both feel I have been discriminated against.The manager agreed when we spoke to her, she said it's not the first time it had happened and was outside trying to solve the situation with the delivery driver when we left. Read moreWent in with my mate while my mum waited in the car. We'd ordered on the app and we were stood waiting minding our own business. Not wearing anything people usually find intimidating like puffer coats, and there was literally two of us. But still sent staff out to "watch us" even though we were literally just stood waiting for our food. Which was incredibly unwelcoming, as we were literally doing nothing wrong. We were quietly talking, but maybe if we'd have both been a couple years older/younger, a staff member wouldn't have come out to supervise us which was highly rude and patronising. As I cannot emphasise this enough, we were just waiting for our food like every other human being that steps foot into McDonald's. we ordered our food for takeout but it was given to us on a tray, which wouldn't be an issue if we hadn't ordered alot, but we were taking it home as we'd ordered for quite a few people. As we got into the car we came to the realisation that they'd forgotten out fries and sauce. We only got the fries which we wouldn't mind but sauce is 10p now. wasn't even busy and staff were just standing around but still messed our order up. absolutely disgraceful service but atleast the food...
Read moreWell I ordered on the app checked my location and didn't need to change it.. Orders a click and serve... Sat for ages in car.... Just worded a cheeky Mc Flurry... No ice cream came so went in and was greeted by a lovely young man and told him I had ordered 3 Mc Flurrys and said the order hadn't been brought out.. He politely said no worries we can sort this... Along came an arrogant manager... What the heck... Rude rude rude... I showed him my bank payment and my order on my App.. He just kept saying I need an email... I got to my email and my order had for some reason been sent to another restaurant... I had my location turned on and I had no need to change my location in the app... Rudley he struged his shoulders and said nothing he could do about this.. I did say think it was the App and he said not his fault and I needed to call customer services... Never again will I give my money to such a rude and unhelpful franchise.. I frequently use Bramley franchise.. And have to say this store always goes above and beyond... As for this store What a disappointing experience experience and well peed off disgusting service and apaualing customer...
