Ricardo's Cafe And Bistro — Restaurant in Rotherham

Too many people in the premises at one time. Taking orders to go and trying to serve customers in the cafe was causing chaos. Some people were waiting a long time for their meals as they were serving folk who had just walked in but customers who were sat down were waiting a long time for their orders to being taking. I felt particularly uncomfortable as there was no one wearing a mask and there was a lot of young adults in there. I felt very vulnerable to maybe catching Covid through going in there. Also the staff are quite young and just don't seem listen to what you are asking of them. Unfortunately I will not be going in there again. Not a good positive visit. The one good thing was the food which was very nice. I did have to ask them to cook my eggs more as there was a lot of raw whites around the yolk but when they cooked them more for me...

Absolute joke of a place, rang up to place an order for collection the lady on the phone was rude and not interested. Didn’t take no name and wasn’t even going to give us a collection time! Upon arrival my partner asked if everything was in there and they said yes! Got home , and there was a sandwich missing. Partner had to go all the way back whilst his food sat going cold. Soon as he walked they knew what he was back for even though they confirmed the sandwich was in there! They was only just cooking it as he came back. No incentives offered for their error, just a half arsed sorry. Used this place many times over the last few years, well and truly put off and will take my custom elsewhere. iv never felt so uncomfortable walking into a cafe! every single young lady looked miserable and came across really rude, it was a very awkward 20 minute wait for a sandwich! there was a lot of sniggering, dirty looks and talking under the breath behind the counter which wouldn’t make anybody feel nice!
