Tasty Pizza — Restaurant in Rotherham

Phoned up today & admitted politely & apologised that I was going to be an akward customer but as Im paying & eating it I thought asking how I wanted something wouldnt be so bad, during ordering the lady disappeared & a mans voice started saying ‘hello’ I replied ‘hello’ presuming thier was a mix up on the phones, he kept saying ‘hello’ then said ‘what you want’ I explained a lady had taken my order he shouted in an annoyed voice’ she not saying anything, just hello my order been taken ’ and then said ‘hello hello’ again to me. I realised the phone had just been passed on without warning and they were annoyed. I told them not to bother and ordered elsewhere. In 10 years of using tasty pizza I have had an order lost & take 2 hours, 3 wrong orders delivered & 1 wrong when I went in to order but I have never been rude as I dont expect anyone to be perfect. Maybe I need to be before I can order again?? As if...

Ordered from here for first time today and ordered 2 of the exact same order. We received 2 different things thinking we got someone else's order. When we called through they said we got what we ordered. After arguing they agreed that they ran out of food so sent a different item but that's what they send as its what's on their menu. It isn't and doesn't state this on their menu. After a full blown argument had to waste my own time to go to the takeaway to show them what i had. Out of all the takeaways we have ordered from this is by far the worst I've been too. Worst experience and very unprofessional when sending out wrong items. Ordered 2 meal deal 2s only got 1 chips sent wrong pop and got one of pizzas wrong when I phoned they said they'd send it out but it would be a while because its busy so I said we cant really wait for other half of food or this half would go cold they said well I dont think we should do your pizza anymore because we cant get it right, so your a pizza shop that cant get pizza right you cant count to 2 and you dont know the difference in pop bearing in mind we order regularly and it was only a couple of months ago i ordered just short of 30 pizzas to a club not that long ago from them and was planning on doing so again on a up coming party but I...
