Wimpy — Restaurant in Rotherham

We visited the wimpy at Rotherham superbowl tonight. We arrived early to eat before our 6.30 start time.

Unfortunately we didn't realise that wimpy aren't a fast food outlet.

Upon ordering we were left hanging around the counter for 5 minutes before being told to come back in. Minutes (without apology)

25 minutes later I confront the staff about the unacceptable delivery, only to be greated with a lot of hostility.i tried to educate the staff about customer service but it fell on deaf ears.

Bowling there was great but dealing with staff that don't give a shot about thier customers mean I'll never go back again.

I love Wimpy. Miss the Long Eaton and Nottingham branches. We were passing by Rotherham on our way home, so called in to eat. Beats McD's all day long! Be aware that this is inside a bowling alley, with an arcade area. This is no bad thing though, plenty of parking. This Wimpy serves an "Express menu". Great staff, very friendly, spotlessly clean, only a short wait for fresh food. Very pleased! Will certainly visit again when...

Absolutely loved it!! Just as good quality as I expected. Lovely burgers. Had fries, onion rings and cheese melts as well..all delicious! Loved the setting too... totally retro, with arcade machines and within the bowling alley. Lots of room though so didn't feel cramped. Was clean...Will definitely be...
