Curry Cottage Rugby — Restaurant in Rugby

Ordered on Just Eat and confirmed at 18.15. Had an acknowledgment then a confirmation that the order way on the way at 7pm. By 19.35 it had not arrived so I called to question where it was. I was told the driver had multiple deliveries and would be with me.. I was concerned the food would be cold on arrival so having previously used Curry Cottage on ‘many occasions I asked to speak to the manager. He came on the phone with an incredibly aggressive attitude and said I had been disrespectful to his member of staff. If stating that knowing the owner was not the lad I was talking to was not the owner and requesting to speak to him is disrespectful then yes but I don’t believe so. He simply cancelled my order and told me I wasn’t getting any dinner an hour and 45 minutes after ordering.
