Horrendous wait times, attitude of the woman serving...horrific, not talking in English to other employee felt like she was speaking badly about the customers. Didnt seem to have a clue what she was doing and spoke very little english. Food was cold, zero customer service. The Greg's itself is great and the staff are great BUT I just recieved a £60 fine for parking longer than 30 mins. I am a regular customer for food and fuel here and there are times it is impossible to get out of parking spaces due to lines of traffic and HGV's filling up which block the car park spaces.
