Costa Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in Coventry

If I could leave one star I would I live across the road in Binnley Woods Village I visit this costa regularly they usually always mess up at least one part of our order the size will be wrong the milk or they will give us one drink when we as for two. All this aside I literally just visited the store 2 min ago I asked for 2 Maple Hazel Iced lates with a lift dairy swirl I got almost this I got the hot variety when I told them this is not what I ordered a woman called Fahima shouted at me that they do do a cold variety of this drink and I couldn’t have ordered this over the speaker. When I said you do have it as it’s on the poster in the drive trough she proceeded to shout at me as her other two colleges gathered behind her literally laughing at us going you couldn’t have ordered it as we don’t have it at the moment and they would have told you over the speaker. When I told her no one told us over the speaker and this is not what we want to drink and that the girl with the headset is right there and she can ask her the girl with the headset bursted out laughing and walked off. Fahima then lowered the tray with the hot drinks and told us there is nothing she can do about it. We asked for our beans back as we paid using our loyalties points she said she can’t do this I asked for a manger she told me she is the manager and these are the rules whilst one of the other girls was still behind her laughing at us. I have never experienced such poor service these girls where literally insulting customers and laughing at their faces and had no shame. This really ruined my weekend and I don’t think I will ever visit this costa again just a joke this place I can’t believe how...

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is down to the cost...I had 40% off food and with that still only had £5 change from £20 for two small drinks and two sandwiches!! Anyway...had hot chocolate and black forest hot chocolate... really impressed with the black forest as that is what it actually tasted like! Then we also had the bacon, brie and cranberry panini which was super tasty and the turkey, bacon, stuffing and cranberry cheesy sandwich... again really tasty. So other than cost I highly recommend. Was served by Fahima. We asked for 2 Maple Hazel iced lattes with light dairy swirl. At no point there was a mention of no availability of cold drink and they just handed the same drink in hot variety. When questioned about this she laughed at us and said we ran out of ice thus couldn’t made this drink. There was no apology or something of this sort, just laughing and saying’what do you want me to do’. I used free drinks voucher and she said she can’t refund it and once again repeated ‘what do you want me to do?’. The worst...
