Today I ordered what I always order in any KFC, but the price this time was too high, to what I usually pay, so I said that thatâs not what I want. This thin young fella serving me called in a big-ish guy with glasses, wearing a managerâs badge to help him out. I repeated what I always order and he confirmed the same high price again. I said this isnât what I always get, he should help me figuring out which meal or deal or combo my request falls under, so that we can come to my usual price. He probably thought Iâm trying to haggle the price down and went absolutely negative: âI canât change the priceâ. I tried to give this one more chance in case of he would listen and understand that I donât want the price to be lowered by him, but to help me finding the âcomboâ which accommodates my food for the âcomboâ price, but he was only insisting upon putting my fries and fillets and coleslaw individually into the machine, so then coming to the high price again, saying again: âI canât change the priceâ, to which I answered, âno, I see that you canât but I can, and I will, just give me a moment to let me run through the deals on the board again.â This was too much for him, called me rude and refused to serve me. Terrible experience. At the end when he calmed down and agreed to serve me (I had to do a lot of calm-talks and nearly beg him to serve me) he put the lid on my drink only half-way, so when I lifted it, it slid off and ran everywhere on their desk. At this point I didnât even want to wait for a refill or anything, just to get out of there. âIâm here for 14 hours todayâ he said to me earlier, reassuring himself, âand I still do a good customer serviceâ. Well, I doubt that.
By the way I found the whatever-called bargain bucket or something providing all what I needed + a coleslaw for âmy normalâ price, which is cheaper than the individually ordered items. He never bothered to...

Not because they were waiting for food from the kitchen as that was piling up on the counter, but because the two counter staff were too busy chatting to each other and clearly couldnât multi task or even attempt to actually do their job. By the time I got our food it had been sat over 10 minutes and was lukewarm and when I asked for hot chicken it was shoved across the counter without any apology or acknowledgment by the male. Then say you get two wings not three in the box. I explained several times that I know I wanted three wings as well! This went on through 2 more members of staff before a guy came to sort this!
