Costa Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in Rugby

This is quite a new drive thru Costa and although our service was ok, we were put on edge listening to the barista's sarcasm with the driver before us through the speakers. The driver before us had just driven thru and not ordered before. I don't think he did it on purpose and didn't seem to be demanding service but we couldn't hear them. We could just hear the male Barista being very rude in his manner to the driver, which resulted with the driver leaving.

We were served by the female barista but still on edge when waiting for ours. Not great service as neither engaged with us like Costa Barista's normally do, and my friend was hesitant to ask them anything else like if they'd put chocolate sprinkles on, they normally ask the customer!!

Went here around 2 weeks ago and had the worst tasting drinks we've ever had!!! The hot chocolate and latte were completely undrinkable. I'm not even sure what drinks they were supposed to be!!! The woman completely mis-heard/understood our order, she tried to give us vegan alternatives on multiple times despite us trying to tell her we didn't want vegan option. I then ventured back there today and had a similar experience. They need to looking into there drink making skills. I would say that the drinks from the costa express machines are more drinkable that this place. I would suggest if you want a decent costa to go into the moto itself. 1 as I cant give 0. Nobody spoke on order station to say hold on or be with you in a second, waited 2 minutes, nothing, person behind the same. Got to counter where girl said I should have ordered and went to send us back round again to order at microphone. I asked why nobody spoke at order station just to say hold and she said they were so busy. 3 people working/ 2 of which were standing around and 3 cars in queue? This is busy?
