Date of of experience Sunday-Oct 8th-2023 around 1.30pm. As ex employees of pret myself and wife decided to pop in & got horrible service by 'Yasmine'. 1st- after saying take away and pay didn’t offer a bag straightway & 2nd when waited by looking at her she offered a bag and instead of putting foods from basket/offering to put in bag she kinda threw away the bag towards me.Such a appalling service! It wasn’t busy so i guess it's just another Racist person or Pret lowered the standards or Pret doesn’t follow the same standards...

After a tiring weekend driving to and from Manchester back to Suffolk to help our daughter move house how lovely to stop at rugby services both times and be served by such a pleasant young man. A lovely greeting and welcoming smile. So much better than Costa and the coffee is nicer too! I think his name was Josh. Well done to him for making us feel welcome and to Pret for employing...

Stopped by for a sandwich on my way to Gloucester. I was served by Matthew and Imogen who caught me by surprise by going above and beyond for customers.
