Really disappointed.... Asked for an extra hot purple latte got a tepid one and my husband's was Luke warm too..... ..my children's frostinos were flavourless couldn't taste the salted caramel.....I purchased four drinks and wasn't offered a cup holder had to ask for one as I shouldn't really expect my 12 year old son to hold two of the hot drinks....Also had no cream or chocolate on top of the purple one lattes ....this is my 4th visit there and every time I've been there they've bothered to mess the orders up with their can't be bothered attitude....I've tried calling head office today 16th December 2021 but their lines were down too.... Edwalton Costa you need to get it sorted out you should listen to the customer rather than trying to rush and mess up the orders ...looking at other reviews most people have had a similar experience....I won't be visiting this one again and I'll still phone head office again tomorrow as you really need to up...

I have been a loyal Costa customer as my son enjoys a toasted sandwich & hot chocolate from there… not sure I will be going back! This is not the first time that the staff have just thrown the sandwich into the wrong packaging without a single thought for how the customer will be receiving it, on this occasion, the sandwich has been shoved into the wrong package and literally just forced in with a pair on tongues! It’s a square sandwich & you have square packaging that has been designed specifically for this kind of sandwich to fit into, so if it means moving two foot to get the correct packaging then do it! When I went in to complain, the staff didn’t give ** that I was not happy, they couldn’t care less!!! Horrible...
Read moreThis is my local Costa and I often grab a Drive thru coffee on the way to work. This morning I popped into the shop and tried to buy a coffee. There were few staffs very busy around the drive thru window, and a lady (with name tag something like "Irie"), standing next to till, doing nothing, but having random chat with a guy (she's defo not serving, it was totally random chat!!) So i've been standing there for over 1 minute, waiting to be served while they enjoying their chat. At the end, she reluctantly came over to me and took my order! I was so surprised that a big franchise coffee shop like Costa, would accept their staff treat the customer like this?! Definitely wouldn't...
