Subway — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

First time I write a very bad review , I feel guilty but I have to be honest & hopefully Subway will sort the problems out so local people can enjoy Subway This is not the first time , we love subway & always have their sandwiches in varies places.

Went with my son for light lunch , two member of staff were there looked very busy with making and preparing an online order . One of them said hi and asked politely to wait a bit

When he came to serve us , he was very rude with a serious face & not replying kindly when asking him questions about the type of chicken they have

I was so uncomfortable I even asked him ( were you busy ? You are angry and not happy ) cuz I felt he was under pressure and not treating us fairly

Sandwichs were nice although my son wanted Hash brown in his sandwich/ extra charge which is fine but the same guy added the hash brown cold not heated it before adding to sandwich

we ordered small size waffle fries which came very small portion as you can see in the photo as it did not even cover the base of the box ( no sauce was offered either ) no cutlery no ketchup !!!

I know this is 5 stars and maybe there are better days but The place was dirty , tables not clean & crumbs on the floor. I think they need an extra member of staff as 2 people are not enough !

This will be my last time going to...

Ordered via app to pick up, 3 sandwiches, 3 sides, 3 cookies.

I arrived 3 minutes late to pick up time (about 15 minuites after ordering), queue was long but that's why we ordered via the app. Cashier was friendly and warned me my order "wasn't quite ready yet." She promptly collared a colleague and assured me it was being made now. Queue soon went down but my order had not materialize, this was 20 minutes after I had arrived. A just eat delivery driver came in, collected immediately and left, guy who had been asked to do my order signed "2 minuites" I nodded and went back to waiting. At the 30 minuite mark I went to the cashier again to ask where my order was and realised (after the queue had been delt with) my order was finally being processed, I was offered 3 cookies as apologies for the long wait and waited at the desk for my order to be finished. Finally collected order nearly 35 minuites after walking in. Got home, opened order, all food was either fridge cold (sides of nachos and pigs in blankets) and sandwiches had not been made well (additional meat, lacking cheese and sauce all at one end) and were also cold. Had a stop off here to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch on the way up to ode skeg. The chap asked if I wanted a 6 inch or foot long......my 1st thoughts were how rude! Then I realised he was talking about my sub! I went with the 6 inches, tell you what pal that was plenty the foot long was mahoosive! Had some kind of bbq cheese thing and had it toasted then asked for lots of different salad. I had a bit of sweetcorn, cucumber, gherkin, onion bits it looked a beaut. The chap putting the salad on was very stingie, literally a couple of grains of sweetcorn and a drizzle of onion bits. I mean come on pal for what I paid for this I'd expect a bit more than the measley toppings this chap gave me! To be fair it was good and I wolfed it down, the atmosphere was very boring in the place, the workers didn't look happy in what they were doing, must be that usual pain in everyone's backside.......over worked...
