In one word -"AVIOD" , Detailed If there was a -ve star rating these guys deserve that. -5. Hospitality very poor, I went in for a late lunch when the restaurant was "open", but their service was really poor , I had to want 30 mins to get the food and they wanted the customer to get out even before finishing the food. They could have clearly told a "CLOSED" if they didnt want to entertain any more customers BILL They tried to cheat me by providing a wrong bill with items I didnt even order, when I asked about that, they OWNER was furious at me and my family , which includes an infant - HORRIBLE experience .. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN , and want to warn others , this is my first ever review of a place . The owner was frustrated of the fact , they had to keep the hotel open for one customer and they were not making enough money out of that. I dont want to comment on food, as for me hospitality...
Read moreDiwali wasn’t my first choice in North Camp as its Google reviews scores are the lowest in the area. There’s a lesson here: don’t always trust the numbers – it’s without doubt my favourite Indian restaurant in the ‘hood. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming and every visit is a pleasure. So, if you’re reading this you can be sure I’ll be returning when in Farnborough and, if you’re thinking about a visit I’d...

I lived with an Indian room mate for 6 years in China, and ate homecooked Indian food almost daily. I lived in Bradford for one year back in 2003 and ate in the best Indian restaurants Bradford had to offer.
Not only does Diwali have the best Indian food I've ever eaten, it has the friendliest staff. Ray is amazing; he always makes an effort to catch up, he makes sure everything is good with the food, and he is introducing me to new dishes I would never normally have known about or tried.
This restaurant may not look up to much from the outside, and it may not be in a cosmopolitan city, but it's the best I have found in more than 25 years...
