Once you've had burgerism you can die happy. Seriously, the best burgers you'll ever try. I've come here a couple of times over the past 6 months and it hits the spot everytime. Go to is usually burgerism meal; the baconed burger, skin on fries, ranch sauce and fentimans curiosity cola. You will be satisfied everytime. The burger itself is flavoursome, very moist (buttery almost) but doesn't come across as greasy. Skin on fries hit the spot for me every time, seasoned with what I'm assuming to be salt, touch of pepper and rosemary. Ranch sauce is also a must, I'd describe it as a garlic sauce. Ordering is simple, pop over to their website, order online and once you're at their car park they will drop off the food to your car. Not tried the chicken myself but others have told me its good. I'm from out of town and happily travel for this, of you've been on the fence about it or just fancy a good burger, give it a go. I had the doubled burger this time (photos). If you're seriously starving then go for that or else a burgerism meal will do you just fine. Expect waiting times of around 15 minutes for 2 burger meals but at peak times I've waited 45 minutes for 4 meals which is pretty reasonable considering they keep the times posted fairly accurately.

Ive been wanting to visit this place for ages, i love my smash burgers and places like this. However maybe i had let social media build this place up too much for me! The concept is great, the execution on this visit was far from what i had expected. I ordered online in the day and selected a smash burger with cheese meal and a chicken burger as i wanted to sample as much as i could living 45 mins away. On arrival, i messaged the page and out they came a few mins later with my food. All well presented and all in great packaging. The burger was a little bland and soggy, as if it had been in its packaging for a while. Needed seasoning and to be fresher. On my second bite i hit a small bone or cartilage. Not really bothered as this shows its ground from fresh (i hope .. lol). The fries in contrast to the burger was way over seasoned and only seem to be all little bits of fries. This usually happens when over cooked and they snap when shuffled into the box. The chicken burger was again quite bland and very soggy. This to me says that my order must have sat there for a while in its packaging. The chicken was not dry but i was expecting great buttermilk moist chicken. The main issue was that the bird tasted like it had been cooked in bad oil, over used and had that bitter taste..... not great. So over all, i was disappointed. Disappointed in the flavors and the freshness and quality. Such a shame as i would have made the effort to come here again. Maybe it was a one off, but it was a one off that unfortunately has put me off returning any time soon.

I know that it is expensive to operate a dine in food concept, but Burgerism really need to get into this. I cannot think of a better food experience that you can’t enjoy in a restaurant setting. The food really is the best. I love burgers, I have loved them since childhood. I was the kid obsessed with Americana and what can be more American than a burger? Burgerism make the best, melt in your mouth and fill your belly burgers. Their chicken wings are Devine. But you can’t truly enjoy them as much as you could, because you always have to wait for the Ubereats guy to schlep across Manchester. Once that sweet, sweet heavenly food gets to your door, from the Salford dark kitchen via a 2001 reg Citroen Saxo, the heat has gone out of the affair. Literally. So I thought I would go direct, cut out the middle man, and order for a pickup. I have them my time of collection. I arrived on time… and was sent back to my car to wait for thirty minutes. That’s the insane thing about this review. Why ask me to book a pickup time, if you cannot make it and don’t at least say sorry for keeping you waiting. But trust me. Get this burger if you have hot already. It. Is. The. Best.

Not quite a Halal version of In & Out but that’s not why you’re here is it? There’s no celebrity photo wall or Instagramable decor. What there is, is a hole in the wall and a queue of cars. So with a laser focus on the food, you’re expecting fantastic food and fast. Let’s start with the good news… The cheese burger is a smashed patty variety with American cheese. The meat is moist and seasoned perfectly. The topping are perfectly balance and not overwhelming. You could achieve the same by not ordering everything on top at 5 Guys. While American cheese has it’s place, one might hanker for cheddar or exotic options. This is not the place for you. Now for the downside, the wait. Judging by the deliveries when I visited, expect an average of 20-30 minutes for an order. Could this be the start of an food empire usurping the King or the Golden Arches? I sense there are very experienced hands behind this venture, so success is almost a foregone conclusion. In conclusion a good burger place in Salford. Best burger in Manchester? Not so sure…

Regular and loyal customer over the years. Just had an order with missing items which Deliveroo refused to refund. In what world is it ok to expect a customer to pay for something they havent received?? You can see from the receipt the item wasn't packed as it wasn't circled but the customer is still expected to pay for employee fault? I know its only a small amount but it's the principle and not the price. Im not one to complain but it's not the first time I've had issues with you guys so felt had no choice. Especially disheartening after being a loyal customer for so long! Reply to response - if you actually bothered to read my initial review properly you would see Deliveroo refused to refund for some reason hence posting this review in the first place! Unfortunately, you seem to be suffering the same fate of many chains that sacrifice the customer service that made them popular in the first place for the pursuit of greed/more locations. 'Reviewing your processes' still leaves your customers out of pocket!

Inconsistent is the best word to describe my latest order. On a good day really nice food and on a bad day really awful including the service. This is not the first time I have had bad service. I ordered online and contacted burgerism close to pick up time just to simply ask them to put salad on the fried chicken burger because my younger brother does not have the pickles and coleslaw they usually include. They had no acknowledgement of the order and took them a while to find it. Once they found the order they said sorry but we cant put any salad on your fried chicken burger because it's not listed online o.O ?? Upon arrival I found it was not busy at all only had one car in the car park. However still received my order late. The fries were left over scraps. The beef burger had an overload of salad (pic attached) I'm presuming that's their way of saying 'You want salad then have salad!!' Even though I wanted it on the fried chicken burger. The buns were stale and the beef was not hot enough.
