Extremely Poor Experience at Reflexion Lounge Manchester.
I feel compelled to share my recent visit to Reflexion Lounge Manchester, which left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. As a first-time visitor, I had high hopes for a pleasant evening, but what unfolded was a series of dismaying encounters that showcased the establishment's complete disregard for basic customer service and professionalism.
Arriving with a group of three on a Saturday evening, we were surprised to find the lounge unusually quiet and far from busy. However, any expectations of receiving attentive service were quickly shattered by the rude behavior of the front staff. Instead of being welcomed and escorted to our seats, we were promptly directed to the front counter. Adding insult to injury, the counter itself was unclean, leaving a negative first impression.
To our astonishment, we were left to find the menus ourselves, which was an unexpected task. The sense of discomfort was further heightened by the staff's insistence on quick ordering, creating an atmosphere of pressure and unease. We had every intention of ordering three pizzas and drinks, but the individual behind the counter rudely pushed us to order dessert, despite its cost being lower than that of the pizzas. This illogical insistence on something we had no interest in only added to our frustration.
Unfortunately, our attempts to reason with the staff were met with refusal and dismissiveness. We were denied a seat and promptly shown the door, leaving us bewildered and disrespected. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer care is simply unacceptable.
It is worth mentioning that Reflexion Lounge Manchester attempts to portray an air of luxury and sophistication, yet the reality falls far short of their aspirations. The blatant pretentiousness and evident disregard for genuine customer satisfaction undermine any attempt at creating a truly pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Moreover, our disappointment was compounded when we overheard staff members offering incentives to customers in exchange for positive Google reviews. This revelation raises serious doubts about the integrity of the establishment and calls into question the authenticity of many of the seemingly positive reviews.
In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to stay far away from Reflexion Lounge Manchester. Their deceitful practices, abhorrent service, and lack of cleanliness make for an utterly unpleasant experience. Choose instead an establishment that values its customers, respects professionalism, and provides an authentic and enjoyable atmosphere. Let my unfortunate encounter serve as a warning, ensuring that others do not fall victim to the deplorable standards exhibited by Reflexion...

Read moreThe rudeness of the staff was absolutely shocking. I went as part of a group of six people for some shisha and tea after our dinner. Three of us wanted to smoke shisha so we ordered two shishas to share, and we all ordered tea. However the waiter told us we have to order three shishas. We said the rest don't smoke, and three shishas for three people was too much, and he said that it's their policy that for a group of six there has to be three shishas no matter who smokes. We asked if there is a way around it since there is no point in ordering something we don't want, so he said we can order dessert. Although we just came there after dinner for some shisha and tea, we went along with it, and asked for some desserts to go with their minimum order policy. However, even that didn't work because the desserts we ordered were unavailable. So we asked them if we can order some snacks instead, and they said we can only order them as a three course meal! So the only way to order food is if you get a main with it as well. It just didn't make sense. I tried to reason with the waiter and asked him to speak to management, and he literally said "Management don't care about what you have to say, they will tell you the same thing I did". After that I told him since we can't order dessert, or snacks, it sounds like you're kicking us out, and he said "the door is open". I support the whole minimum order thing if restaurants want to put it in place when the place is too busy, or if only one out of six people ordered for example and are taking the piss, but the place was almost empty, and we all ordered one drink each and added shisha to that, and tried to order dessert and snacks as well. I don't know how this place is still open if they are kicking out paying customers. Save yourself time and don't go there because they might kick you out because you're drinking your tea wrong or something....
