If you have fond memories of Blue Peter as a child you'll understand how easy it is to become nostalgic as you step into this piece of television history. As well as the fish pond and the bust of Petra standing over her 'family' you'll notice the sense of piece and tranquillity it provides in what is a busy media environment. Though not a gardener the shrubs are beautiful. The garden is lit up at night enabling you to see the hand, feet and paw prints of presenters and pets past and present.
To me it's a guilty pleasure to visit it .it provides a place to reflect and remember your blue peter days no matter who your presenters were. Beyond is the newly created walk of fame comprising of ex presenters, iconic sports men and women and Mary Berry!

Very disappointed. The garden...

Blue peter was a major part of my life growing up but unfortunately the BBC is neglecting this much loved programme having first transferred it from BBC1 and then cutting it to just one episode per week on CBBC. How long will it last I wonder and will the lovely garden be there for...
