All the cushy chairs are filthy and stained and for a place that deals with food and drinks, it can be skin-crawling when you imagine how bad it could be behind the surface if the public facing areas can give such disgust.

Also, most time I've been in, the tables tend to have either uncleared used tableware or rubbish from recently vacated customers and I find myself having to clear them to another recently vacated table with similar dirty tableware.

I go most weekend mornings for breakfast and this happens 7 out of 10 times that I've been there.

This biggish new Costa has adjacent free parking and seven or eight tables outside that catch the sun for most of the day if its shining. It has two large cubicle toilets and it's all kitted out in the latest franchise style. It's long and L-shaped with windows that run the length of the unit. We ordered one oat latte and a cold mocha but we were given and charged for oat chocolate and cold chocolate. After enquiring what drink it is they said chocolate and I was like but I ordered oat latte. They later did change it and it was really good, one of the best oat latte I ever had but the cold chocolate wasn't that good according to my husband who had it. He said he had better ones before. We asked for water and they were really nice and gave iced water. As we planned to sit and do some work with our laptops it was hard to find sits with plug sockets...
