KFC — Restaurant in Salford

The most confusing and rude staff members I've ever had to deal with. Going through the drive thru we wanted a party bucket but was told after a 15 min wait in the queue by a female worker through the speaker that there was a 10 to 15 minute wait for chicken.... my friends were in a hurry so we stated we would get a massive portion of chicken wings and I was trying to tell her the rest of the order but she was too busy shouting out the speaker is there anything else in an aggressive manner... I waited for her to go quiet and repeated my order... her response was "finally now will you go to the next window"... we waited another 15 minutes before getting to the next window only to find her on the microphone speaking abruptly to the customers behind and telling them there is a 10-15 min wait for food... I was passed our food by another member of staff... I asked to pay he said "oh have you not paid?" Then he proceeded to ask for the food he had given me back.... I stated I didn't understand why when I have just waited half hour for an order I didn't really want only to hear there is still a 15 min wait for chicken... he stated it was protocol and i had to wait for the female staff member to stop taking orders and give us the payment machine... we waited a couple more minutes while she proceeded to do two more orders then she gave us the card machine... she went back to taking orders and ignored me ask for my food... it wasn't until I said oh well guess this is a bad review for you on Google did her and her colleague scramble to give me my food... What was all that about? a 15 min job dragged out to 45 min with attitude and disrespect and lies... never going back there... regent road and hulme kfc all the...

Arrived at the drive thru and no queue but little did we know that the wait and service would be over 30 minutes. Got to the order station and the server said he will be right with us, just serving another customer. We waited 10 minutes for him to return to say once again he will be with us. After waiting 5 minutes, he finally took our order and said he was dealing with a problem with the car order in front. At this point, there was one other car behind us.

Then arrived to collect our food and pay, waited approx 7 minutes for the server who was the same guy at the ordering point to say "what did you order?", then keyed it in and took our payment. Only then did it seem like our order was being processed.

Waited another 10 minutes before our food was finally given to us, asked if they had tango for our order but said we would have to wait as they need to get it from the back. Server did ask us "have we paid?", once again-same person all through. At this point, 3 cars behind us.

Overall, our order was correct, food was piping hot - really enjoyed it or was that down to how long we waited and is that the service you get for decent food.

By the time we drove round to leave, the queue must have been about 7-8 cars long. I won't be using this kfc again, walk in...

i have never actually come across writing reviews about takeaways and restaurants but today after visiting kfc i had to write about it. i study in salford uni and always visit there and has been good but today went there and asked for a flaming wrap and it was cold i asked the staff member I'm sure its not like that and she replied oh sorry the toasting machine for the wrap is not working and i wasn't told that when i ordered it. after getting my wrap changed to a mini fillet burger i wanted to order some more food so i went back to the till and was waiting for like 3 mins while all the staff members were having a chat with each other and there was a young dark skin girl flirting with the kitchen staff through where they pass the food felt like i have came to a park or something. then i said excuse me in a higher pitch and the girl that was flirting looked at me and then looked on the other side where her colleagues where having a laugh with each other and talks to herself why always me for orders and i heard her. that is not acceptable for a customer to hear that and kfc need to focus on whats happening in the work places otherwise they will end up with very less customers. other than that there food is always tasty but this kfc let me down with their...
