Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Eccles — Restaurant in Salford

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! Had our first order last week and it took 1hr 40mins to arrive - we watched the delivery driver go all over the place on the app also!! When he finally got here I asked the driver if he had got lost and he was too busy talking on his phone to answer me and just walked off as I was waiting for an explanation!! The pizza and food was COLD and the order was wrong!! So we called the store only to be greeted by the so called manager that couldn’t understand us, nor could we understand him!! He had a zero give a f* attitude and point blank refused to accept that the pizza was cold - he actually said he would come and pick it back up if we didn’t want it?? Anyway after 20 minutes arguing and him obviously wanting to go home, he agreed to give us £10 off our next order!! Well - our next order arrives, the same driver, not on the phone this time.... and knows nothing about the discount!! We have to call the store off our phone to be told they know nothing about it and they don’t have a manager with whatever accent it was? Could tell he wanted to argue with us and refuse the discount - told them to stick their pizza!!! And shut...

I am absolutely shocked and appalled by my recent order from Domino’s. I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza along with garlic bread. While eating, my wife bit into something hard in the pizza. At first, we thought it was onion – but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a piece of chicken. This is beyond unacceptable. We have trusted Domino’s for years, believing you prepare your pizzas with the utmost care and respect for dietary requirements. My wife has been a lifelong vegetarian since childhood, and consuming meat – especially unknowingly – is a deeply distressing violation of her beliefs. This incident has left her shaken, disgusted, and traumatized. We had to throw the pizza away and were left with empty stomachs and absolute disappointment. This is not a “small mistake” – it’s a complete breach of trust and food safety standards. I expect a full explanation of how such negligence was allowed to happen in your kitchen, and what measures you are taking to ensure no other customer experiences such an appalling mistake. I have been ordering from Domino's - Eccles for the past three years. Let me tell you this - whoever is building these pizzas isn't playing. I customise my own with 5 or 7 toppings. Usually, when you do this in other places, the pizza guys are very scarce about the toppings - one or two olives here, two or three green peppers there, and if you look closely you might find the extra mushroom you've paid for.

But not Domino's Eccles. Just see the pictures attached - these have been taken at different times, from different pizzas. The toppings are abundant, the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, I have never had an issue with these people before but I have had with other places. So I don't understand the bad reviews.
