Express Chippy — Restaurant in Salford

Absolutely disgusting.. right so just been in for fish & chips, it didn't look very clean, there was hardly any food in the display cabinets, no price list, something was covering it all, also it was back to front! Had to wait for the fish, which is perfectly understandable, infact, personally I think that is a lot better when buying fish. However, I was very wrong! The batter around the fish looked & smelled weird, not like any I've seen before, it tasted fusty! The fish inside was pink in colour, quite obviously not cooked properly & the chips were old & cold! Atrociously poor...

Worst chippy ever only came in cos it used to be nice but there’s new owners and only wanted chips and curry and a chip barm and I got shouted out for changing from curry to gravy before he even put it on he used the last bit of old chips for this and just left my food on the side while we waited for new chips for the chip barm for about 20/25 mins while we was waiting they was all whispering and being very strange which made me feel uncomfortable so I left it and drove off and they all watched at the window as I drove off all 3 of them I will never go this...

So I've ate from here twice now and the service was polite. Tonight's food was good and cooked well but just had one problem and that was with the fish it didn't seem as fresh as last time I had it but was okay though also I think they could improve by having the drinks brought cold instead of room temperature, so other than that no problems and I probably will be ordering again from here and it maybe the best...
