They should change its name to 'Rice & Not So Nice. First time here and certainly the last... Decided to try somewhere new with a discount on Uber. Wish I didn't now, but hey, it's give me a chance to try it so you don't have too.

CAULIFLOWER BHAJI - Partner had this, bland and very Salty, tasted off.

VEGETABLE SAMOSA - Wow, gone are the days when most Indian Takeaways made there own scrumptious BIG triangular samosas, all you get now is pre-made frozen little triangles to cut down on food prep or they've forgot how to cook and dipped in the fryer for a few minutes. These were priced at £2.75 (Total Ripoff) , 5p more than the meat ones too, if they are the same size, I'd certainly pass buying these as well. Should only cost £1.50 MAX and that's pushing it for frozen tosh.

ONION BHAJI - These were on offer, BOGOF, not really surprised, they must want rid. They were tasteless & hard. The Mint sauce that came with it, Greener than the Hulk, ain't mint sauce suppose to be white with a bit of mint herbs in?. It looked radioactive.

DONNER TRAY - Son had this, says it was weirdly spicy, didn't like it at all.

TANDOORI BUTTER CHICKEN - I had this as love Butter Chicken, but this, naw, absolutely bland as anything, no taste whatsoever.

BASMATI PILAU RICE - The only good thing to arrive from this place, light and fluffy, not clumped together.

Conclusion, would I order from this place if I was desperate?, not a chance. Small portions, hefty priced, Pre-made frozen rubbish, Bland & tasted off. Darjeeling or Xotica...

If I could give 0 I would! Order came to £53.10 for 4 of us. They completely missed one of our meals so called them up and they stated that we didn’t order which I know I did. So we added everything up off the menu of what we received and it should have been £40!! Yet they charged us £13 extra and we should have received 10% off as we paid cash and ordered over the phone!! So phoned up explained and was greeted by the most rude ignorant person I’ve ever spoken (small Asian man who was cooking in the kitchen) who told me I was wrong and that they would not refund! Disgraceful behaviour! So went back down after we had already collected food and asked them how the got to £53.10 the man on the phone told me I would have to wait 10 min as he was busy! After already wasting my time as I had to come back! Another man came out the back who was slightly better trying to sort the problem out, a few arguments later they admitted that they was wrong! The guy who took the order and spoke very rudely would not admit he was wrong no apology etc! Disgusting customer service! Finally got £10 back should have been £13 but it was better than nothing! Frequent buyers from here too but I definitely will not be coming back anymore! Make sure you add it up off the menu before you order because somehow they added an extra £13 onto our order and couldn’t tell us where...

used to absolutely adore this place, and living in the area me and my family frequently order from here. however over the past few months, the customer service, wait time and accuracy of orders has completely declined. The past 4 times we’ve ordered theres inevitably been an issue; from long wait times, to getting completely the wrong order, or missing items from the order. I completely understand theres occasionally mistakes or misunderstanding as busy family owned establishment, and i’m a very reasonable and understanding person. however its gotten to a point where its almost unbelievable. The worst part is when you phone up to complain or let them know you’ve receive a difference houses order (something that had become almost standard for this takeaway) the worker on the phone offers no solution, compensation or apologies. the best you get is a sheepish “oh we’ll get it to you when we can” Normally by the time you get the full order its barely warm and you cant be mithered to eat it.
