Absolutely fantastic little cafe the food is always fresh and delicious and hot …there are plenty of options and the staff are friendly and happy to serve I have dietary niches and they always follow the notes accordingly the atmosphere inside is calm relaxing and welcoming altho most times now I have my orders delivered due to health conditions. The orders come on time or early depending on whether they’re busy or not but it is only a little early never drastically early and never late. Having autism I have specific requirements and they always help and treat my needs seriously without any frown or second thought and anything they can’t do they take recommendations from you and implement them ie updating just eat to cater to wider needs..I do also believe they have a special time and day of the week for special needs/carers etc which is great and rare in most places. I cannot praise them enough or emphasise how great their fresh hot food is. The burgers are phenomenal and can’t be beaten and take me back to my school days as burgers tasted the same delicious whereas everywhere else it’s frozen buns that break apart when heated and arrives and you eat it! I did a phone order, the person I spoke to was lovely! My order was done to my liking (replaced fried eggs with scrambled, asked for mushrooms to be cooked in butter etc) the food came really quickly and was piping hot!! My son has pinched both of my sausages so I’d say that he likes it too!! visited this cafe quite a few times(5) and found food to be good, never yet had the same staff on consecutive visits, so this unfortunately effects the home-ly, cosy-ness and individual friendliness feeling. The prices are very high compared to Matt's(previous cafe), drinks are not included even with a large breakfast and it seems overly priced...
