Gourmet Burger and Shakes — Restaurant in Salford

Really weird experience. Ordered through the Kuick app. Food arrived a little late. Took the food from the driver who then asked for payment. We told him we paid on the app and he called the shop who said it was a phone order and he had spoken to us. We explained he must be getting confused as ours was an app order and we showed him our order on the app which matched the receipt. The man on the phone is insisting we ordered by phone and had to pay. The driver said but its not our app however they clearly got the order from the Kuick app. The driver said he can't leave the food and wanted it back. We said we've paid for it so we are keeping it and had to close the door which was horrible and awkward as it's not the drivers fault. The food was actually tasty however it was completely tainted by the awful experience...
