Read moreOrdered 2 regular pizzas and 4 cookies. Both pizzas had a slice missing (7 slices). And although it sounds outlandish, and you'd probably have to see it to believe it, one of the cookies had a big bite out of it. Whoever did it probably knew that I would be instantly branded a liar when I got through to management, which is exactly what happened. One of the pizzas had chopped tomatoes on too, which we both dislike and didn't order. Obviously that pales into insignificance considering everything else that was wrong with the meal, but it was the cherry on top. For £45, you'd think the least you could expect is a meal that hasn't been tampered with, but not in this instance. I only wish I'd have opened the box on the car park, i would have gone straight back in... Got home to find a burnt & swimming in grease pizza. I called, the so called manager, with no telephone manners, to ask for a refund, i was only to happy to take it back, to find her attitude appalling, so i treated her accordingly....
I was offered a replacement, but for some reason, i didn't want to eat pizza after being confronted with there vile offerings of food...
I was told she cannot authorise a refund, i would have to email the area manager... I asked when would he get back to me. I was informed 3 to 5 working days...
So now to email, the CEO of the company £20 for... Please...
