The food was very cold and the chicken was not cooked The service was also very slow. Asked for water and had to wait 15 minutes

Came here for the first time due to the reviews. Sat down and first thing I noticed there was a lack of atmosphere and there was a lack of staff. When trying to order food, it took 10mins to find a staff member to order food. When the food arrived, it was very bland of very dry. It was as though the food has been frozen and warmed up. The staff did not seem to care about the customer as there was no table service at all. Would not recommend this place at all for friends, family or cooperate events. Mumtaz!!! Restaurant is located within the Sultan Gardens Resort in which we our family were staying, customers can also book if they are not residing at the resort. Food was excellent comparable with what you get back in the Midlands ( England ) , Authentic Cuisine cooked by an Indian Chef who did introduce himself after we had finished our meal(sorry I did not remember his name). All the food we tasted from the menu was really well cooked and extremely tasty! The Mango Lassi and Kulfi Ice Creams were delicious. Went here yesterday. The waitress didn't understand my order of a Coors light after repeating myself three times so I had to go to the bar to get it. Not a massive issue but a little frustrating. The food was alright, the chicken seemed a bit fatty but the sauce and chips were nice, as well as the naan bread. It was fairly cheap too.

I think once it finds it's identity it could be a place I'd go to again. I think it's unsure wether it wants to be a bar and grill or a restaurant at the moment and needs to decide which way it's headed.
