Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Sandwell

Although all the other staff were lovely and helpful, one of the staff is absolutely vile to the other team members. she’s constantly giving dirty looks when she is asked a question by people that are training and she is constantly be littleing them infront of costumers. Me and my friends find it awkward and sad to see the way she treats new staff. Always moaning about being faster but when a trainer tries to be faster they end up making a mistake and it take twice as long it isn’t fair you can see the stress in their faces when she’s barking down their neck I think her name was Ellie or Ellen. With her working there we can all see why there are always new staff because she’s putting them off being there. Due to her making it uncomfortable for customers to watch the degrading that she does I will no longer be going. We have been using this place for a few years for coffee. My husband likes the coffee. We visited today 9/11/20. There were two young men serving and making coffee. There were three young men in front of me in the queue who bore no resemblance, so I doubt they were from the same household. None wore face masks and were clearly known to the staff as they were laughing about it. I then got to the counter and handed over my own cups which the staff member picked up by putting his fingers inside both. I made it clear it wasn't OK, so he poured hot water over them. The staff making the coffee had his face mask under his chin. The cappuccinos were more like lattes. Very disappointing.
