I have been a client of The Beauty Room Birmingham for the past 11 years. Lucie, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. The salon has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, I always leave feeling truly pampered. I regularly have gel manicures on my natural nails, CACI, and Environ facial treatments at the salon. Lucie also advises and supplies me with Environ products and et al. makeup, which have become staples in my beauty routine. I love coming to this salon for beauty treatments with Lucie (currently having CACI treatments). The salon is split into two, with hair downstairs and beauty treatments upstairs - I don't use the hairdressers but they are a lovely, friendly bunch of ladies. I can highly recommend Lucie, the beautician, as she is completely professional and also very friendly. As a waxing Virgin I was a bit nervous about going for a Brazilian. Well I needn’t have been, as Lucie put me at ease immediately and took me step by step through the whole process. I have to say although the waxing was a little uncomfortable at times, it certainly wasn’t anywhere near as painful as I expected it to be and if you take the waxing out of it, it would have been like having coffee with a friend.
