Went early morning and had to call the staff member out three times before she finally came out. When she came out she looked displeased I was still there waiting to be served. Took ages making my sub, was mechanical in movement and not listening to me. At the end I asked for a specific sauce. She went to the back got another one and started dousing the sub with it. Didn’t even ask if I wanted it or not! I pulled her up on her error and she started arguing with me, I had to remind her I’m a paying customer. It wasn’t a domestic! She rudely replied “so what you want a refund then!?” I asked for another Sub and she tried taking the ingredients off the old one to remove the sauce. Eventually, started making me a new one and was skipping certain ingredients (had to remind her). Plus, you just made the same sub how can you forget? Took my eye off her for a minute to check my car and she had a weird smirk on her face, when wrapping my sub. Got home and found the final ingredients missing, as if she deliberately did this whilst I was looking away, because she was sour at me for her having to rectify her error. I even paid extra for extra ingredients. Made a complaint via the corporate website and still not heard anything back. Probably goes to the franchise owner. You’re better off buying your own ingredients and making your own sandwich. Considering you pay so much for one here and are met with such deplorable...
Read moreI came with my partner and even there was no queue in the counter (we were the only ones in there) we decided to use the self service kiosk. After we placed the order the machine glitched and didn't allowed us to check out. We started again twice and no luck. At that moment my partner left to go to the toiled so I stayed to try to sort it out. In that moment I asked the lady in the counter to help me with the machine. Say that despite she was just replenishing the veggies that were half full, there was nobody else. She looked at me and say shes one second but she just took the phone which started to ring. She stayed 10 min on the phone. I thought, that may be important and she may be alone. She wasn't, another colleage come for just a minute to the front and disapeared. During that time the machine cancelled the order (because I wasn't checking out), I decided to order directly to the counter. She hung up the phone and continued with the veggies, despite they were plentiful. (She looked at me a couple of times). After 5 minutes, I asked her "hi, escuse me, I am ready to order" she looked at me once more and told me "give me few minutes...". When my partner came back it passed 20 minutes and I was still un-attended. Then I told her with my partner there, "escuse me, don't bother, I am going somewhere else you are being very rude". Read moreMy scores, review and comment in this case, in no way reflect upon the young man who was doing his best at trying to attempt at serving 6 people / orders, take the online orders and bookings and deal with the delivery drivers, all by himself. At approx 10pm on a Saturday, I do not understand how and why the management would only have 1 person working on shift. The poor guy serving, did so with a smile on his face at all times, whilst everyone including myself were looking at him waiting for our orders and all you could see was the orders building up on the monitor as "preparing" but nothing in the ready to "collect" section. Had to wait over 45 mins just for 8 boxes of Nachos and some Cheese Breads.
