It's nice, does what Gregg's is supposed to do. I have had my fair bit of breakfasts from this Greggs. Definitely order on the app if you're going early (7-8 am) in the morning, the queues are massive!
Only at certain times the shelves are quite empty so you're limited for choice and that's usually when I visit as I've finished work or something.
Would be nice to have more vegetarian or pescetarian options for mains. It would also be very helpful and this is a hopeful request to have the deserts clearly marked as whether it's suitable for vegetarians or not as they don't have the labels on everything. When I asked, I was just provided a book with the allergy risks but not if it is actually vegetarian/vegan.

Huge Greggs with plenty of seating and a mahoosive car park to boot. The place was quiet when we entered and although I was served efficiently by a young man named "Kye", I did feel the experience was slightly muted. Kye, whilst clearly proficient at his job, looked as though he had won the lotto, but lost the ticket. So miserable and looking like he didn't want to be there. Which was a shame. The only negative aspect to an otherwise enjoyable visit. Would definitely recommend popping in if you are in...
