Vine Inn — Restaurant in Sandwell

Avoid this place! Was visiting the area from Birmingham and fancied a nice cold pint in what looks a nice beer garden. Pub looks alright from the front, decent inside and nice out back, but you're made to feel unwelcome from the minute you step in! Went in the front bar and was stared at like was from another planet and didn't belong and pretty got the same reception in the back bar particularly by cavemen types hanging around the bar like a bad smell which makes it harder for you to get a good enough look at what drink you want to order. Service was non-existent too! Ended up walking out due to the lack of service and hostility and stares. Not sure if they only cater to locals and Black Country folk or not, but I wouldn't recommend coming here...

Paid £50 to use function room, let them keep the money too! The staff were rude!! They chucked away alcoholic drinks because the people they served was apparently underage when they wasn’t hence why they served them!! They was disgusting!! The toilets stunk!!! The baby changing mat was minging!!!!I had to put something down to put my child on!! The beer garden always has the doors open which means smoke is going in toilets!! Where I was changing my baby!!!!! Yah pub is vile! The staff are vile!! Hence why we let you keep the money cos ur clearly hard...

I went in for the 1st time on Friday and was made very welcome by everyone. Staff were all fantastic and friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The cobs are lovely. I'll definitely go again and I would go every Friday but don't think my ear drums would take it, this is the only negative about the pub is the music is so loud that you can't talk to anyone and have to go into the beer garden for this. Please please could you turn it down just a faction and you'd probably get more customers. That's the only reason I've given...
