We were having an overnight stay nearby and decided to go for a walk to find somewhere to eat. We stopped in here for a drink on our travels. The pub doesn't look much from the outside. Inside we didn't feel any awkwardness when entering, infact we were greeted with some pleasantries by I assume some locals. Brilliant wee pub in Hamilton. Very friendly staff and regulars with a great sense of humour and plenty stories to tell. Sit round the bar or in a comfortable seat. Went here tonight for an Accies race night and I really enjoyed myself. The staff were really pleasant. I recommend the berry cider from here as I enjoyed it. The horse racing was really fun, so was the raffle. Friendly atmosphere.The buffet was also nice.Would definitely come back some point...
