Anchor Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

This is an awesome local cafe in my community within the south side of Inverness. Have visited a couple of times now and I'm incredibly impressed by the cafe and it's offerings.

It serves hearty, tasty, well-made and unpretentious lunch dishes at unbelievable value. Two of their signature sandwiches and two drinks to sit in comes in at less than £20. It's also a kid and dog friendly space that's accessible.

I deliberately chose this cafe as it was dog friendly and I currently have a 5 month old dachshund. I had a veggie breakfast which was one of the best that I have had. The service was spot on and the staff were friendly. It was so relaxed and I didn't feel for one minute that I wasn't welcome. They even gave my pup some biscuits in his own little dish. Lovely food, a really diverse menu and they're quite happy to cater for any dietary requirements. The staff are lovely and it's nice, bright and clean inside with an outdoor area for better weather.
