Regarding the shop, the staff are nice however I experienced pretty silly inflexibility when asking for a roll. I asked for a harvester roll and tuna mayo - head-office mandates that they are only allowed to make up rolls with certain rolls, not the one's you actually want - I was told no. The roll was on the shelf and the tuna in the tub - cut like any other roll, alas not possible.

I was told this was a mandate from head office. I contacted head office and have been ignored.

First time buying a breakfast roll here and I'll defo be back was banging 😋 and no your usual square sausage either it actually filt the roll lol..looked like a burger at first when opened but was defo sausage! Part of a morning breakfast deal..that and a regular latte £3.15 cannae grumble at that! Loads of other hot/cold foods/rolls/cakes/juice etc and always a deal on! Go try...

I used this point often on Saturdays and Sundays. Steak Bake was always cold. Service not very happy. An hour before the store swept, you can't buy coffee. I know that everyone wants to finish the work and go home as much aASAP, but why open store has a...
