Beijing Palace — Restaurant in Scotland

Now only a carry out, I was hoping that this wouldn’t come up , we have been using B P for years, as far back as when it had restaurant at rear . However we ordered a meal last Saturday for collection, after repeating order 3 X times I was passed over to another person. Meal was well below passable my Thai red curry was more like watery soup ( just pieces of chicken/ onion) no pepper or baby sweet corn etc ) fried rice should have been noodles I should have cottoned on when asked for large or small portions , roast duck was dry. Ordered from here the other night. The food was awful and the customer service was disgusting. I had to return the meals back, which they were refusing to refund me at first. The staff are extremely rude, especially the young girl with the glasses.
