Starbucks — Restaurant in Scotland

poor. after purchasing a coffee, i had to take my 6 year old grandson to the toilet . I was standing behind the door waiting for him to finish, getting ready to help him wash his hands , then the problem. No toilet paper grandad. I checked the other 2 toilets. No toilet paper in any of them . I then had to assure my grandson i will be back in a minute. I reported it to a staff member that there was no toilet roll in any of the toilets and my grandson was standing waiting. The girl got me a toilet roll . I then sat for around 30 minutes drinking my coffee with my grandson. Not one member put any toilet rolls into any other toilet. Disgusting. . These toilets obviously don’t get checked. Normally the staff are lovely and kind but this morning I went in and there was a new boy who I hadn’t seen before. I ordered Oat milk and he put almond milk in (I watch him do this) and when I asked he told me no he put oat milk in and showed me the label with my order, I then told him I watched him do it and he apologised and re made it but this time he forgot to put the white chocolate syrup in. I've visited a number of times, always at the insistance of my wife. Personally, I'm not a fan of the flavour of Starbucks coffee. I also find them price wise to be at the top of the 'brands'. The shop itself doesn't have a warm and cosy feel for me, even when busy. On the other hand, it is light & bright, clean & tidy and you have plenty of space. The staff are as helpful and friendly as you would expect. If you are a fan of Starbucks, none of this will matter. I am just onto...
