Great Food, Uncomfortable Vibe

I’ll start by saying the food was exactly what I came for—hot, fresh, and just the kind of comfort you expect from Burger King. No complaints there. The issue? The atmosphere created by the staff.

There’s a difference between being efficient and being cold. The server seemed visibly annoyed to be dealing with customers, like every order was a personal inconvenience. Eye rolls, dismissive tone, and that look that makes you feel like you’re being silently judged for just existing in the queue for your food.

It’s weird to enjoy your meal but also leave feeling a little embarrassed for even showing up. Fast food shouldn’t come with a side of attitude. I’ll probably be back for the food, but I’ll be hoping for a...

Went there for the first time Tuesday evening around nine pm, on arrival lady called dobb was very welcoming and friendly, also funny, while being served a female manager whom I could not see the name of from the distance between the counter and where she was working, shouted at a young girl packing food for customers in a real passive aggressive way, the manager was short with glasses, unessesary ruined experience, young girl only made a mistake with packing an order, thanks to dobb situation was made light as she keeps asking customers if everything is ok whilst they are seated, will definitely go back because of her, amazing hard...

Wouldn't even give the place a rating if I didn't have to !! every single time I've been to the place it's a joke !! Attitude of the staff is disgusting wee woman behind the counter who when we ordered a meal told us they don't do that meal and proceeded to argue even though it was advertised on the board behind her. Wasn't til manager corrected her that she even considered taking out order she needs a boot right out that place then we get to the car to find things missing from our meal. Also every time we have been through the drive through there is items missing from our meal. Absoloute joke of a place that in all honesty...
