What a lovely experience from start to finish. We had booked for afternoon tea and were delighted we did. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a table that was set with beautiful tea cups and side plates. The service was faultless, warm, friendly, helpful, and it was lovely to see the care and attention that was shown to every customer. The food was excellent, everything had been made with obvious care. The bread was fresh and great quality, there was a lovely range of sandwiches. The sausage rolls were well flavoured with light, crisp pastry. The scones were light and fresh, you can't beat a good scone. Every cake was a triumph from the mini cream meringue, which had a lovely chewy centre, to the rich chocolate brownie, and the empire biscuits that melted in your mouth. My favourite thing was the lemon posset, it was creamy with a lemony zing and came with the cutest tiny spoon. The coffee was also excellent. This is quite a new place, and it's been beautifully renovated very spacious, it's also super clean, even the toilets were photo worthy, not often that happens.

Wonderful place to stop and have something to eat. Bright, clean, and plenty of room for seating. Staff were lovely and friendly. Drinks are to die for. I had a Dirty Chai Latte, and it tasted so good. Although there is an extensive menu and a wonderful array of cakes, I had a Biscoff Slice. It was super tasty, although a little dry. Though this is not enough to put me off visiting again, and I would still recommend to anyone.

Lovely wee eatery! Having a wee day out and decided to pop in for lunch. We got the brie, bacon & cranberry toasties, and they were delicious! Really nice food, the staff were lovely and overall a lovely chilled atmosphere. We will definitely be back when we're back up, and telling friends about the place.

Was in today with my daughter and had to wait 30 minutes for one fry up breakfast takeaway, one coffee and one chocolate brownie. While I was waiting other customers who were 5 and 15 mins after me were served and left, one was a workman with 3 cooked orders and 3 coffees (he waited 20 mins). Once I eventually got my order it wasn't as pictured as they had forgotten the beans, black pudding was actually a half sliced slice, no butter on the toast, bacon not cooked properly even after 30 minute wait, it was also cold, not even warm, and she also forgot my coffee. I had waited so long for my order that i could not be bothered going back to ask for my coffee. I was extremely disappointed and its has actually now became the worst place I have ever eaten from and will never go back there again.

Reply from chloe stats that it was where I was parked. The girl asked if we could stay outside the shop due to covid, due to being in the cold and with my toddler daughter I asked if it was OK if we just go to my vehicle, which was parked in the closest place possible to the building, she said yes, at no point did she say I would have an additional wait or that because of the additional wait my food would be cold and minus a coffee. Nice to see they are trying to say its the customers fault though. The standard of food and the fact you forgot beans and a coffee shows you didn't have a decent level of customer service. I'm not ever gracing your door again especially since you are blaming me for your poor service. Also won't be replying to any additional...

We have attended Chloes on a few occasions now and have never been overly thrilled with it. However, today we went in and were advised there was no chicken or bacon. My partner then ordered a pastrami bagel... then got told he couldn't have that either! The menu is small and unimaginative, so that didn't really leave him with much choice after that! The iced 'special' drinks they have are horrendously overpriced. I had the "iced chai latte" which essentially was £5 glass of milk with some "coffee" ice cubes in it. The staff - as they have been on previous occasions - are sullen and lack people skills. They never smile and all look like they dont want to be there. I noted a number of potential customers come in and on being told about the lack of items available, they left. The place is cold and unwelcoming. Definitely will not...
